Let's say that you have the power to approve one car currently sold somewhere in the world to be brought to the United States, what would you pick?
For Sweden

Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6.
In America I could maybe one day afford to drive it.

Toyota Land Cruiser (70) single cab pickup. It's the truck America needs.

Any of the diesel Subarus that are offered in Europe, maybe the diesel forester as I prefer a small SUV daily commuter.

Other than Saldana's answer, maybe the Skoda Yeti or the Mahindra Thar.

It's hard to narrow it down to just one. We should bring over all the Kei Cars really. But if I had to choose 3 this would be it.
Suzuki Jimny for offroading
Honda N-Box for people carrying
Suzuki Carry for utility.
The worst part is you could buy all 3 of these for less than one decently equipped half ton pickup truck.

With my city-driving as of late, I would really like to drive a zippy kei-car around and park wherever the hell I want to. Something like this Honda S660 concept would be nice.

We were so close to getting these over here, but they only imported the sedans. Prices were astronomical when new, now they are very cheap.

Very nice, but they suffered the same issue as my Citroen. Competitors are all V6 or V8, people want that in a big saloon, not a 1.8 Turbo or 2.0 I4.

It's really hard to pick just one. But, right now, I'd say Renault Twingo.
Though that answer changes daily - later in the week it might be Citroen DS3, Toyota Comfort, or Daihatsu Copen.

2015 Ford Everest.
I debated between this and the Ranger, because this is a Ford Ranger with a long roof basically, but I think i'd pick this, should have similar capabilities + it has a more truck-ish grille.

lol, looks like we had almost the same answer but Ford vs GM. I picked the Ford Everest, basically the Ranger in SUV form

Since somebody already posted the Holden I so covet, I'll say this.
It's about time to replace my '70, and despite the stupid grille, I would totally buy the modern equivalent if I could.

Yeah an obvious answer would be a Falcon/Commodore Ute/wagon but these are a bit less obvious.

Yea most people know we don't have the Ranger, most don't even know there's an SUV on the same platform.

Oh darn! I mainly suggested the Toyota Hi-ace because America doesn't have any vans where the driver sits on top of the engine. Modern day Safety regulations would never allow such a car to be sold for anything other than off road use.
